HOW DOES IT WORK?
Get Ready to Think Fast, Plan Smart, and Run Bold!
How to run the 7-Eleven Quest
Winning Criteria: This is a points-based race - where speed and strategy will help rake up points. The top 3 team with the highest total scores will be crowned the winners.
Game Start: All teams will receive a map and a set of clues at the starting point. Solve the clues to uncover your checkpoints around the city.
*Two maps wit be set, each team will be randomly assigned 1 out of the 2 maps at the start point - your adventure begins from there!
Checkpoints: Each clue leads to a specific 7-Eleven store or checkpoint near iconic locations in Singapore, spread across the Bay and CBD area. The race to the nearest 7-Eleven store is approximately 3 km from Marina Barrage flag off point.
Missions & Points: At each checkpoint, complete a quick, fun mission to earn points. The more difficult the task, the more points you’ll rack up — choose wisely.
Route & Strategy: There’s no fixed course. Plan your own route based on the checkpoints you want to hit. Most teams will cover 8 to 10 km, depending on your chosen path.

RULES & REGULATIONS
TEAM COMPOSITION
- Each team must consist of 2 to 4 participants.
- All team members must remain together at all times throughout the race.
- Substitution of team members after the race has started is strictly prohibited.
CHECKPOINT CHALLENGES
- Points are only awarded upon successful completion of each mission.
- A checkpoint marshal will validate the completion of each task before awarding points.
- If you team is unable to complete a challenge, you may choose to skip it and proceed to another checkpoint – but you won’t earn points for skipped checkpoints.
- Each mission is designed to take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
- If your team fails to complete the challenge within 5 minutes, you must re-queue and allow other waiting teams to attempt the mission first.
ProTip: Strategic decision-making is critical – select your checkpoints and challenges wisely.
SCORING SYSTEM
- This is a points-based race.
- The top 3 teams with the highest total points at the end of 120 minutes will win prizes.
- In the event of a tie in points, the team that clocks in with the faster completion time will be ranked higher.
ProTip: Smart strategy and mission success will get you further than speed alone!
MOVEMENT RULES
- All teams must travel strictly on foot at all times during the quest.
- Use of any transportation – including buses, MRT, cars, motorbikes, bicycles, or scooters – is strictly prohibited throughout the race.
- Any team caught violating this rule will be disqualified immediately.
BLIND BOX MAP (NEW)
- Teams will receive the blind box map at the start line.
- Teams are only permitted to visit stations within their assigned coloured stations. For example, a Green Route team must only follow Green stations only; if they reach the Orange station, they will not be allowed to participate in the station activity.
- Each team has a total of five stations. (Teams may choose to skip the stations, but no points will be awarded for the skipped challenge.)
CONDUCT & SAFETY
- Participants are expected to uphold good sportsmanship and show respect to fellow teams, event facilitators, and the public.
- Interfering with or sabotaging other teams is strictly prohibited.
- Safety is our top priority – please adhere to all public safety rules, traffic regulations, and follow instructions from all event staff at all times.
- Any form of misconduct or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate disqualifications.
WEATHER & EMERGENCIES
- The race will proceed rain or shine, except in cases of severe weather that poses significant safety risk.
- In the event of an emergency, please contact the nearest marshal or use the emergency contact information provided during registration.
DISQUALIFICATION
- Teams may be disqualified for the following reasons:
- Cheating or violating race rules
- Splitting up or leaving team members behind
- Damaging property or causing harm to others
- Failing to comply with organisers’ instruction or marshals’ instructions
- Use of transportation, including buses, MRT, cars, motorbikes or scooters
FINAL DECISION
The organiser’s decision is final and binding on all matters related to scoring, timing, disputes and disqualification. The Organiser reserves the right to change the rules & regulations at any time.
